Tourist and business visas to Ukraine

The following visa rules/fees apply to US Citizens

  • Your actual passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages  (passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure date from Ukraine)
  • One passport size photo
  • An original completed (printed or written in block letters only) visa application form (we have these forms and can send one to you free of charge if needed). Please refer to the instructions on filling out the form.
  • A check or money order payable to “GTR Travel”
  • To pay for your visa package by credit card, please download credit card authorization form. Include the form in the visa  package that you mail to us.

Applicants holding passports issued by the following countries must allow at least 12 business days for their visa application to be processed: Angola, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Ghana, India, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Democratic Republic of Congo, China, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Syria, Somali, Sri-Lanka, Sudan. Citizens of the above mentioned countries must additionally submit the following documents: Proof of readmissibility to USA (US Alien Registration Card, US Temporary Resident Card, employment authorization etc.), Original letter of invitation (No faxes or e-mail copies) made through a Ukrainian "Visa and Registration Office" for all types of visas.

The following rates apply for processing your Ukraine visa request. Our staff guarantees that your visa application materials will be complete and couriered directly to and from the Consulate.

Single and double entry visa:

  • For US, Canada, Japan citizens and citizens of European Union countries - up to 6 months.
  • For other nationals and stateless persons - up to 3 months.

Multiple-entry visa:

  • For US citizens - up to 3 years.
  • For other nationals and stateless persons - up to 1 year.

Visa Processing Rates:

Visa fee includes official mandatory invitation for tourist or multiple business visas, consular fee, two overnight deliveries via FedEx, courier, and our service charge. Discounts available with your own official invitation or for private visas or for children under 16 - call for details. Multiple entry visas to Ukraine are issued to the discretion of Consul General and reviewed on a case by case basis. Consul's decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

* For private visa, please mark your purpose of trip as ‘personal’ on Ukrainian visa application and fill out address and name of friends/persons where you will be staying during your trip.

REGISTRATION IN UKRAINE:
Starting on July 1, 2001 no registration in Ukraine is required for aliens for the term of visa duration.

Please note that we start processing on the day we receive your complete paperwork. One day should be added for FedEx delivery of your visa to your home. Be aware that Consulates are closed for all U.S. and their National holidays. Please call us for information on specific country's National holidays. Also, registration of your visa may be necessary upon arrival - consult us before your departure.

Although we guarantee our services, there are circumstances which we cannot control. We are not responsible for stolen visas or those lost or damaged in the mail. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued as the Consulate may refuse to grant entry/exit visa for any reason. Your Consular fees are reimbursable only if you are denied an entry visa and the Consulate has offered to refund it's fee. Otherwise, such fees are non-refundable and subject to change without notice.
